International Technical Concern has marvelous positions available for Site Security Supervisors to manage the company’s corporate security needs. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified, live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

This demanding position requires honest, strict en deceive individual with extensive knowledge of the safety and security environment. Extensive management of security personnel on a large corporate or industrial site is essential.

Requirements:
•Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
•Tertiary qualification in safety and security
•Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Security Field with equivalent responsibilities
•Security Grade B
•Previous management experience is essential
•Conduct investigation into possible losses (stock, theft, equipment etc.)
•Knowledge of Searching Procedure and Techniques
•Understand principles of giving evidence
•Understand safety legislation
•Will be liable for the placement and rotation of guards for operational utilization
•Ensuring staff adhere to very strict discipline and uniform standard
•Training of all the staff on all relevant policies and procedures. Where policies and procedures fall short you have to add procedures within set parameters
•Special operations have to be carried out on monthly bases to ensure the highest level of security possible
•Will be required to carry out routine investigations that are security related
•Ensure that staff are well prepared for the execution of their responsibilities at all times. This will include equipment, infrastructure and training
•As an Area manager you will be liable for the compliance of all your staff to company policies and procedures
•Will be required to carryout ad hoc site inspections on a weekly bases
