Job Summary
Responsible for the guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of designated
areas.
Principal Accountabilities
- Execute general security measures as directed using lethal or non-lethal methods as required
- Perform Access Point security as directed
- Perform perimeter security as directed
- Perform convoy security operations for weapons and ammunition being transported within the area of operations
- Perform fixed site security of weapons and ammunition
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to catalogue and maintain weapons repair parts in special controlled areas
- Provide direct support for weapons maintenance of small arms, ensuring weapons repair to meet military standards
- Knowledge of the Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Must be fluent in English
- Candidates must be qualified to provide security in lethal and non-lethal forms
- Candidates are required to be qualified in the use of small arms to include 12 GA tactical shotgun and AK 47 Assault Rifle
- Should be able to use security baton effectively and execute non lethal control measures
- Required to be in good physical condition and present an impeccable professional appearance
- Candidates will not consume alcoholic beverages or use any other inhibiting chemical substance either on or off duty while employed in this position
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a military background with at least 3 years experience
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
