Job Description
Monitors and controls access to executive offices. Ensures that no visitors are allowed access without an appointment or authorization from appropriate parties. Receives, inspects and x-rays incoming mail and packages. Maintains a thorough knowledge of emergency response procedures. Follows established procedures and creatively applies reasonable solutions to problem situations not covered by the procedures as needed.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years security, military, or law enforcement experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years’ experience with large scale, commercial x-ray scanning equipment, familiarity with large scale deliveries including invoices and bills of lading, certified by TSA or equivalent in operation of x-ray equipment.
