You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. As Data Center Security manager, you will be in charge of managing vendors providing guard force services and maintaining close partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure working environment. This position will be located in in the municipality of Quilicura, near Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities
 Develop and implement corporate security standards, policies and practices to make continual improvements and increase the effectiveness of the security program
 Oversee management of security vendors providing guard force staffing, Conduct awareness training, risk assessments, and monitor local and regional issues that may affect Google data center business operations
 Deliver training on security topics, assist in the coordination of security services to support planned and unplanned operations, and support incident investigation efforts
 Offer guidance and consultation to Facility and Operations Management
 Liaise with public safety to ensure strong community relations and training synergies
 
Minimum qualifications
 5 years of experience managing security operations in a corporate environment.
 Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications
 Experience conducting investigations including criminal, human resources, and safety incidents.
 Experience working around active construction sites and providing countermeasures to minimize loss.
 Deep knowledge and experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems, Security Operations Centers.
 Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
