Asset Protection Officer (Kuwait)

Requirements:
The Asset Protection Officer reports to Security Manager / Admin Manager and is assuring the safety & security of customers, employees and company assets, ensuring compliance through the implementation & sustained operation of programs as mandated by Corporate HQ and or Group Security Operations Manager. Objectives:
Responsibilities: Support store management to minimize the loss of company assets Work within a team framework to support Security / Safety goals Ensure adherence to Security/ Safety policies and procedures Conduct interviews and investigations Conduct comprehensive audits. Provide coaching and training Complete necessary documentation and evidence relating to loss control matters Prepare reports on Security & Safety activity and submit as required Conduct Health & Safety Inspections, document, report and follow-up

Experience:
Education / Certification Bachelor Degree Security Management diploma Divers License and own Transport Clean Criminal Record First-Aid, CPR, AED trained Previous Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Security with minimum of 2 years in similar role, proven management experience within the security industry, public sector, armed services, retail Sales or operations experience Currently in Kuwait or with minimum of 2 years’ experience within the GCC Experience of writing processes and procedures, drafting reports Should have demonstrated success in position of authority Basic Working Knowledge of Safety Procedures Good Working Knowledge of Security Procedures Intermediate Spoken and Written English
