Management-Security Services
Manage the complete security services across OGS sites, ensuring that all potential security threats are mitigated, creating a safe working environment to support OGS employees and business operations.
Ensure that the security company engaged across OGS sites are qualified, trained and with complete credentials and licensed to perform duties as a security guard/officer.
Keep a dynamic interaction with US corporate security to support OGS-Philippine sites with the live monitoring and review of CCTV and access control systems.
To ensure that each security personnel are trained on post wise duties and responsibilities in accordance with OGS Physical Security Business Process Management Systems (reference; Security BPMS document).
To ensure that security personals are trained on emergency response. (i.e. Fire Fighting, Earthquake, Medical emergency, First Aid, Bomb threat, Chemical & Terrorist Attack, etc.)
Monitor and ensure that Security expenses are within allocated budget.
Oversee the access management process are in accordance with OGS policies. Conduct monthly reconciliation of Access Cards.
Review security reports and manage communication of the same to stakeholders.
Ensure that all incident reports are communicated to the Real Estate Head within 24 hours of the incident.
Managing Material movement

Ensure tracking and record keeping within the process and policies for movement of company assets, goods and materials.
Track and follow through with all concerned with regard to returnable goods with respect to dates as indicated on accomplished gate pass.
Ensure that an Asset Transfer form is attached for IT asset movement, together with the returnable or non-returnable Gate Pass for movement of Assets outside OGS facilities
Security Service Contract Management

Management of security vendors and contract administration.

Review and align the Service Level Agreements with respect to Deployment Schedule, Guard Selection, Regular meetings, reports and rate vendor performance.


Policies, Standards and Guidelines
Adapt UHG-OGS policies to the local environment. Identify and report non-compliance activities and share best practices.
Government Service Liaison, Intelligence & Reporting

Establish and maintain good relationships with appropriate local/city/governmental law enforcement and emergency service officials like Police, fire department, hospitals, disaster Management etc.
Risk Assessments, Investigations and Audits

Investigate and report (impartially) all incidents within the OGS offices including areas that may affect OGS employees or as directed by Real Estate Head.
Carry out routine security checks and maintain records for physical security audits and controls.
Identify security breaches, creating awareness on security related do’s and don’ts.
Conduct strategic planning, identify security risk and formulate risk mitigation



General Qualifications
Added qualification on legal subjects / defense or paramilitary experience at officer cadre preferred.
Additional qualification in quality management, investigations, and associations with national & international security associations preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with background on customer service orientation.
Past experience in people and resource management. Proven experience in building positive working relationships.
Well adept in MS office applications and other basic computer operations.
Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines



Qualifications For Security Manager
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management of corporate security or related facility/admin work experience in a management role/capacity.
Well adept in Corporate Security processes and emergency procedures as applied to the IT-BPO industry. Management of Security access control system management, CCTV and emergency alarm systems. Prepare regular security reports, conduct internal investigation, emergency preparedness and crisis response, disaster recovery/crisis handling.
Experience in physical security processes and audit is a plus. Knowledgeable in the requirements of SAS 70, ISAE, PCI, ISMS among others.
Actively seek real time information on internal and external security measures, threats and knowledgeable in governmental protocols and respective agencies (Fire, Police, Bomb squad and governmental support).
Preferably a certified Safety Officer and has good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health standards.



Qualifications For Asset Management

As an Asset manager will also be tasked to manage the internal asset tracking for the company.
Manage the Asset tracking process through asset tagging. Keep updated records of all asset movements and the end of life disposal.
Facilitate and process the needed permits for any company asset delivery, movement, or disposal as required by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
