Responsibilities:
Manages and directs guard operations on a day-to-day basis under direction from the client.
Plans, manages, and evaluates guard force operations.
Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
Coordinates with PRS leadership.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen with current up to date Passport.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/). This requirement may be substituted with an additional four (4) years of experience as stipulated below.
Must possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a military officer or staff non-commissioned officer (SNCO) (at US E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed commercial guard force supervisory experience.
Experience must include physical security, access control, and force protection, and must be similar in complexity and scope to the specific requirements of the task order.
Experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services that require skills similar to those identified in the guard training course as outlined in Statement of work
Training:
Contractor shall attend and successfully complete the prerequisite Guard force training course.
Contractor shall attend and successfully complete the prerequisite Supervisor training course.
Qualify with the Glock-19 and M4, re-qualifying as required by the client.
Contractor shall be in excellent physical shape and be able to pass the PT test.
