Primary Function
Responsible for roving and static security on a security project. To actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.
Essential Functions
Conduct roving patrols
Provide static perimeter security
Performs the day-to-day protective security functions as specified
Patrols premises to ensure that the site is properly secured
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Limited working proficiency in speaking, listening and reading the English language
Must qualify semiannually with all assigned weapons (including safety functions, capabilities, limitations, and maintenance) IAW US Department of the Army Standards
Must have four (4) years prior military, police, contractor experience, with an honorable discharge, verified by military transcripts and evaluations
Must be a citizen of NATO member state, Australia, or New Zealand
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older
Must be able to perform the following physical tasks:
(1) Drag, carry, lift, and/or pull a person to safety
(2) Use physical force to detain a subject or prevent unauthorized entry
(3) Prolonged standing and/or sustained patrol on foot or in a vehicle
(4) Sustained pursuit of suspect on foot
(5) Dodging, crawling, climbing, and/or rapid ascent of stairs
(6) Perform the above wearing duty equipment and/or personal protective equipment under adverse environmental conditions
Must possess valid passport
Must be able to pass a medical screening/physical approving candidate for overseas work
Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements, to include an Annual Physical Ability Test
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation at a frequency as required by contract
