Germany - WiesbadenSOS International LLC (SOSI) is seeking a Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) Screener - Germany to provide and manage the skill sets required to implement contract intelligence and technical support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout Europe.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Conducts screening interviews of local employed persons (LEPs) to assess suitability for access to KFOR bases. The LEP Screener is required to debrief persons on a “walk-in” basis. The LEP Screener must be self-motivated and able to work for extended periods of time in a high OPTEMPO environment. Other duties include conducting background reviews, fulfilling of requests for information from the HUMINT Operations Cell (HOC) and coordinate with other base security entities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in related field, and minimum of 3 years CI/HUMINT experience as an interrogator, debriefer or
investigator;
OR an Associate’s degree and minimum of 5 years CI/HUMINT experience as an interrogator,
debriefer or investigator;
OR 7+ years CI/HUMINT experience as an interrogator, debriefer or investigator.
Knowledge of local customs, culture and language is desirable.
